We deliver across India through trusted 3PL logistics partners. All furniture is made-to-order, and each piece is crafted after order confirmation. The estimated delivery timeline is 12–22 business days (5–7 days for production and 7–15 days for transit).
Products are delivered fully assembled, and no installation is required.
Before delivery, please verify product dimensions against stairways, doorways, elevators, corridors, and all entry points to ensure smooth access. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Additional handling charges may apply in cases of restricted or difficult access.

Return & Warranty
Your satisfaction is of great importance to us. We urge you to inspect your delivered product and report any defects within 48 hours to our Customer Success team. We reserve the right to approve returns or exchanges based on the condition of the product.
As each product is made to order, we do not have a 'change of heart' refund policy. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Our products come with a one year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This doesn't include damanges from wear and tear. Aftercare
Our wooden products are crafted from solid natural wood, and each piece will have a unique grain pattern. Slight hue variations may occur compared to website images due to natural material differences and the use of natural oil stains. Solid wood expands and contracts with seasonal weather changes, so minor movement or warpage is normal. You can greatly extend the life of your furniture with proper care—refer to our Aftercare Guide for detailed instructions. Avoid strong cleaning agents and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or excess moisture.
For metal, cane, and fabric products, clean with a dry cloth or vacuum on low suction settings. Sofa fabric should be vacuumed regularly, and spills must be blotted immediately with a clean, dry cloth without rubbing to prevent damage or fading.
